Keywords or key phrases, are what people are searching for in search engines such as Google or Bing.
From a business perspective, they matter because when people search for the keywords or phrases that are relevant to your product or service, you want your business advert to be appearing in the search, more importantly – at the top!
With Google Ads, you can add these keywords into your account and you can choose how much you’re willing to pay whenever a customer searches on that keyword and clicks your ad. This is the bid amount of your keyword otherwise known as your max Cost Per Click.
